We would like to use the Badges module, which can bring the team together and strengthen the collegiality in the team. Can employees keep track of their peer scores or is it just their private data?

Employees can keep track of each other’s badge scores. There is also a public leaderboard that shows how everyone is doing in collecting badges. This creates a healthy “race” that increases productivity.
