The motivational platform Můj Up by Up Česká republika won the award for Best Corporate Website at the prestigious Fenix Awards.

The Fenix Awards are a renowned competition showcasing the very best in Czech content marketing over the past year. Now in its 11th year, the awards once again recognized the most outstanding solutions on the Czech market. In the Corporate Website category, first place went to the Můj Up motivational platform by Up Česká republika, honored for its comprehensive ecosystem solution that includes a website, a web application, and a mobile app.

Dozens of companies and organizations presented their best projects in web design, user experience, and digital communication at this year’s Fenix Awards. The winners received their honors at a gala ceremony held at Prague’s Forum Karlín, where leading figures from Czech business, marketing, and the media gathered.

“The first-place award for the Můj Up motivational platform is a great recognition for us, and we are very proud of it. Following last year’s IEA award, this is yet another confirmation that our approach to employee benefits and motivation is the right one—and that Up Česká republika is the most innovative brand in the employee care market,” says Stéphane Nicoletti, CEO of Up Česká republika.

In the Corporate Website category, the jury evaluated websites of companies, products, or themes that provide target groups with relevant information and help create a positive relationship with the brand. Můj Up won for its comprehensive ecosystem, which includes:

  • the Můj Up website, a clear and attractive online hub that easily guides visitors to the information they need,
  • the Můj Up web application, an intuitive benefits management tool that streamlines communication between employers and employees,
  • and the mobile version of the application, providing access to benefits anytime, anywhere.

Benefits, discounts, and meal vouchers all in one place

The digital platform Můj Up was launched in early 2019 to help employees manage their accounts linked to the eStravenka or eBenefity card. Since then, it has undergone many innovations and expansions. Both employers and employees can manage their accounts online or via the mobile app, which provides an overview of balances, payments, and a store locator.

Building a better workplace atmosphere

Můj Up is also the only application that combines benefits with tools to foster a healthy workplace culture. Employees can use it to organize a lunch together, praise a colleague for good work, or communicate directly with their manager. A built-in employee satisfaction measurement tool gives HR managers simple yet revolutionary access to insights that were previously too time-, cost-, and resource-intensive to obtain.

Innovation and sustainability

Můj Up also includes modules that support ESG activities (environmental, social, governance)—a long-term focus of Up Česká republika. The goal is to give employers the same opportunities to engage their teams in line with values such as sustainability and ecological responsibility, which are particularly important to younger generations.

For example, the platform features a Marketplace module where employees can trade second-hand items, and a car-sharing module for ride-sharing with colleagues. In May this year, Up Česká republika also launched the first virtual benefits card on the Czech market. “Thanks to significant plastic savings, this is an ideal solution for HR directors who prefer sustainable and eco-friendly options,” Nicoletti adds.
