Up benefits has been a leading specialist in employee care on the Czech market for 30 years and is now introducing its biggest innovation yet in services for companies and organizations. The revolutionary digital tool Verso combines internal communication, employee motivation, and sustainability.
Over the past 30 years, the lives of employees have changed significantly, as evidenced by the impact of recent crises. The coronavirus pandemic has greatly accelerated digitalization and the shift to the online world, while hybrid working arrangements have partially disrupted social ties within companies. Other crises, such as record inflation and the war in Ukraine, have followed. All these events have also influenced perceptions of what companies and employees are dealing with and what is important to them in their lives and work. However, only a fraction of companies have managed to adapt their communication and entire corporate culture to the current lifestyle.
“Today, employer care means much more than just appropriately chosen benefits. It is a comprehensive approach based on genuine interest in employees, properly set up internal communication, and extending to current topics such as sustainability. This is the only way companies can keep their people satisfied, engaged, and motivated,“ explains Stéphane Nicoletti, CEO of Up benefits, adding: ”This is precisely what we want to help them with through Verso, even more and more effectively than in the past.”
Three packages for a healthy corporate culture
Verso is the most significant and comprehensive project to date in Up benefits‘ history on the Czech market. It is a digital tool whose individual components have proven themselves in practice in recent years and are now ready in a new form to help companies build a healthy corporate culture. Verso consists of three packages of digital tools focused on specific problem areas that companies and organizations face: internal communication, employee motivation, and sustainability. In terms of the complexity of the entire solution, it is a unique project that has no parallel in the Czech Republic.

Verso consists of three packages of digital tools focused on specific problem areas that companies and organizations face: internal communication, employee motivation, and sustainability. In terms of the complexity of the entire solution, it is a unique project that has no parallel in the Czech Republic.
Verso for employee motivation and engagement is a package of tools that strengthen workplace relationships. It allows employees to get to know each other better or celebrate anniversaries together. The package also includes a Praise module, which allows colleagues to praise each other for their work, even remotely.
Finally, Verso for eco-friendly corporate solutions is a digital service package that includes modules such as Carpooling, Bazaar, and a virtual card, which the company launched as the first benefit card in the Czech Republic and is still the only virtual benefit card on the Czech market. This package includes services that not only help save our planet, but also bring savings to employees themselves. At the same time, they help companies build their position in the labor market as trendy employers among potential employees from younger generations, for whom sustainability is a key criterion.
