Use quick surveys

With surveys, employers can ask their employees anything they want to know – it’s just about asking the right questions. You can also focus on a specific area or team and quickly gather real data and numbers. But what are the current survey trends?

Try so-called pulse surveys – short questionnaires (even just a single question) conducted weekly or monthly. For example, ask employees to rate on a scale of 1 to 10 how likely they are to recommend your company as a good place to work.

You can also use surveys to measure eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score). The principle is simple: ask employees to answer on a scale of 1 to 10 the question “Would you recommend our company as a good place to work?”

Analysis of employee feedback
